Project Manager
Job Description Job Description Responsibilities Include:
Document Control, Create and Maintain Project Logs, Submittal Processing, Permit Management, Quality Control in coordination with Project Team, Project Buy-out, Change Management, Schedule Control, Project Cost Management, Close-out Management, Coordination with Project Team, Inspectors, Subcontractors, Owners, and Architects.
Preferred
Qualifications:
BS in Engineering or Construction Management.
Experience on active construction site (6
years).
Experience in commercial construction required.
Applicant must have a strong knowledge of steel, concrete, and all commercial construction applications as a General Contractor for projects ranging $15M+.
Strong communication skills.
MS Office/Viewpoint/Blue Beam/Plan Grid and other general construction software experience a plus.
Location & Hours:
This is a full time position working on the jobsite with the Project Team.
Potential projects range in locations between Atlanta, Georgia and Greenville, South Carolina.
Ideal candidate seeks a career working on projects along the I-85 corridor.
